No pets, No smoking in the rooms.

As it's located in residential area, please refrain from speaking loudly or making noises. And, please stay in the room for conversations at night.

If you're with children, please keep an eye on your children to prevent any accident e.g. at stairs, bath room, wood stove, gas cooker.

We'll be present and check conditions at check-in and check-out.
